The expedition website for the Offscreen Student Expedition 2008 contains a wealth of multimedia resources examining the UK through Middle Eastern eyes. 8 students from 4 Middle Eastern countries visited the UK for 2 weeks, visiting schools, staying with families, working with young people their own age, questioning MPs and protecting remote habitats.
The resources are suitable for use in the humanities (RE, geography, citizenship) and arts classroom.
The expedition was a partnership beween the Offscreen Education Programme and Digital Explorer.
